This house features high ceilings, hydronic heated concrete floors and a modern kitchen with top of the line appliances. The dining area is placed in the heart of the open layout to take advantage of the natural light and the ocean view. This living room for a custom home build on the Oregon Coast features with a custom gas fireplace surrounded by porcelain tile. The use of white walls with flooring in a light-toned wood perfectly accentuates the open design while contrasting tones in the sliding wood-panel doors and custom shelving.
