Braden Etchison – Project Manager & Design Consultant
How long have you been in the industry/role? I have been in the construction field since 2010 and with the company since 2014 as a Project Manager. Prior to my current position I held a management role for a professional motorsports organization for 8 years. I enjoy being able to be a part of each project from start to finish and seeing how they evolve from the initial phone call or email with a client, to the design phase factoring out what may or may not work, and the actual construction of the project.
What do you love most about your job? Each project that we complete is unique to the fact that there are no set in stone processes from beginning to finish, even if 2 projects look similar to each other on paper. This creates a fast paced environment, with timely critical thinking and decision making needed, to ensure that a client receives a quality product in the end.
What do you do for fun outside work? Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and seeing them grow as they all take their own journey through life. As well, I enjoy dabbling in auto racing and motorsports as it has been a passion, career, and hobby of mine since I was born.
Todd Zimmerman – Marketing & Media
How long have you been in the industry/role? I had worked as a construction laborer in my youth – Commercial Roofing, Carpentry Crew Laborer, and Pre-Fab Metal Warehouse Assembly – and have been doing Media Production & Marketing since 2007. I started developing content for JWC&D team in late 2019, but became an official part of the team in August of 2020.
What do you love most about your job? I really enjoy developing content for the company that shows the charm, personality, and creativity of the personalities behind this experienced and accomplished Construction & Design company. Much of what I do at work also occupies my leisure time. I’ve been writing, performing, and producing music since 7th Grade and video content for 4 years.
What do you do for fun outside work? I love writing and recording music for fun and community. I love being able to make professional quality videos of family and community events.
